Anti Ragging Pledge

I, the undersigned, solemnly affirm that I will not engage in any act of ragging or harassment, in word or deed. I acknowledge that ragging undermines the dignity, rights, and wellbeing of students, and I stand firmly against any behaviour that causes intimidation, hurt, or humiliation.

I promise to treat every member of my academic community with respect, compassion, and fairness, regardless of their background, identity, or status. I commit to fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment by offering support to anyone who may feel unsafe or distressed.

Furthermore, I will report any instance of ragging I witness to the appropriate authorities, ensuring swift action is taken to protect and uphold the rights of all.

By upholding these principles, I pledge to contribute to a safe, respectful, and harmonious atmosphere, where every individual can learn and thrive without fear.
