About ICER
Understanding conduct. Strengthening human connection.
The International Conduct Education & Research Foundation (ICER) advances the understanding and practice of respectful conduct through research-informed education.
We believe that how people communicate, behave and relate to one another shapes the quality of our schools, workplaces and communities. By making these essential skills teachable and accessible, we help people interact with greater confidence, consideration and cultural awareness.

Our Direction
Purpose, mission and vision
Our Purpose
To improve how people interact by building the awareness, confidence and habits that support respectful conduct across cultures, communities and professional environments.
Our Mission
To develop practical, culturally aware and research-informed conduct education that equips people to communicate effectively, act considerately and navigate diverse social and professional settings.
Our Vision
A world in which confident, considerate and respectful conduct strengthens relationships, institutions, communities and our shared society.
Our Role
From evidence to learning
ICER studies how people understand, practise and experience conduct across educational, social and professional settings. We translate those insights into frameworks, assessments and learning resources that make respectful interaction easier to understand and apply.
As a new organisation, we are building a long-term platform for conduct education and research. Our immediate focus is on high-quality learning experiences and practical frameworks that can support future studies, insights and educational standards.

What Guides Us
Our values
Human Dignity and Inclusion
We recognise the inherent worth of every person and seek to create environments in which everyone is respected, included and able to participate.
Integrity and Accountability
We act with honesty, consistency and responsibility, and encourage people to take ownership of their conduct and its impact.
Respect and Consideration
We help people understand how their words, choices and conduct affect others, strengthening relationships and communities.
Practical Lifelong Learning
We translate research and insight into relevant skills that people can apply throughout their lives, relationships and work.
Confidence with Humility
We cultivate self-assurance balanced by openness, self-awareness and respect for different perspectives.
Collaboration for Impact
We work with educational institutions, organisations, communities and experts to extend the reach and value of conduct education.
What We Do
Learning for every stage
Our programmes turn conduct principles into practical, relevant learning for schools, colleges and workplaces.
School Programmes
Age-appropriate learning in good manners, respectful communication, social confidence and culturally aware behaviour, including our flagship Global Etiquette Olympiad.
College Programmes
Practical preparation for campus-to-corporate life, including workplace etiquette, communication, personal presentation and interpersonal effectiveness.
Corporate Programmes
Learning that helps professionals strengthen workplace conduct, communication, cultural awareness, collaboration and leadership presence.
Our Ambition
Towards a better-mannered world
Good conduct is more than social polish. It expresses consideration, builds trust and helps people feel acknowledged and respected.
ICER exists to make these qualities learnable—so that better individual interactions can contribute to more respectful institutions, communities and societies.
