Since we deal in digital products, we do not generally offer returns. We may offer an refund at our own discretion if it is confirmed that you have not downloaded a downloadable product or accessed a course which was purchased. If the download link has been used or course accessed, it will be considered as you having consumed the product or service and no refund will be provided.

Discounted items are not eligible for a refund.
International Centre for Etiquette Research will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or partners. Please contact the distributor or partner directly for any concerns.
